Sweat Guard: from clinical to confidence-led
Sweat Guard had strong specialist products, but the range felt fragmented and patched together without a clear portfolio strategy. Covestus redesigned the full line-up, strengthening the core antiperspirant sprays, roll-ons and sticks with three fragrances each, while adding practical daily-use SKUs including serum, SPF, hand and foot cream, pads and soap. This was reinforced by a new e-commerce site, clearer education and stronger CRM foundations.

Following relaunch, Sweat Guard delivered strong DTC momentum, with orders and revenue more than doubling and new customer acquisition increasing over 4x. The uplift reflects the impact of a clearer proposition, warmer brand storytelling and a more empathetic customer journey, helping reposition Sweat Guard from a clinical, functional solution into a more aspirational brand that empowers customers to feel confident in everyday life.

Strengthening the DTC engine
Probio7 had an established product range and strong relevance in gut health, but its packaging was outdated and the DTC experience needed stronger commercial foundations. Covestus refreshed the packaging, introduced four new products, developed fresh new assets and improved the brand’s Shopify experience and CRM journeys to support more effective direct-to-consumer growth.
