Where we see gaps in the market we will work alongside our partners to develop new products. We operate internationally, but our main focus is the UK, Europe and USA.

Our route to market uses a ‘digital first’ approach, which complements the nature of the brands and products we sell. Many people with personal medical conditions are reluctant to buy over the counter so the digital marketplace suits them perfectly. From Google to Amazon to Shopify, to the personalised AI innovations to social media channels, we make sure our brands are present in the digital ecosystem and all the touchpoints on the purchasing journey. That is not to say we won’t stop selling over the counter. With properly branded products and renewed consumer confidence, there should be no shame in buying over the counter.
