CEO
Quentin Higham
Quentin Higham is a transformational CEO and consumer brand strategist with more than 30 years’ experience. He has a strong track record in value creation through brand building, omnichannel growth, portfolio optimisation and strategic M&A.
Quentin began his career at Revlon before holding senior leadership roles at Swatch, Coty and KMI Brands, where he launched Ted Baker Bodywear. He later founded a specialist beauty consultancy, creating and launching multiple challenger brands including James Brown Haircare and Dawood & Tanner Toothpastes.
In 2010, Quentin joined Lornamead Group to lead the strategic management and divestment of Yardley London and Woods of Windsor. Following their successful sale to Wipro Consumer Care in 2012, he remained as Managing Director, leading the international repositioning and growth of Yardley London.
Between 2020-2025, he was as CEO of Brand Architekts Plc. In 2022 they acquired Innovaderma Plc. The business successfully relaunched multiple core brands, such as Super Facialist, Skinny Tan, Dirty Works, Fish Haircare and ultimately achieved a sale to Warpaint London Plc at a 100% premium to the prevailing share price.
Quentin joined Covestus in June 2025.

Tim Wright
Tim is an experienced consumer brand operator, Private Equity investor and chairman with a strong track record of building and scaling high-growth businesses across beauty, wellness, consumer healthcare and family care.
He brings deep experience in supporting challenger brands with strong consumer propositions, international expansion potential and clear value creation opportunities.
Tim currently holds a portfolio of leadership and advisory roles across fast-growing consumer brands. He is Chairman of Vitamasques, an accessible beauty brand with international retail partnerships including Walmart and Target, and Chairman of PURA Baby, a Maven-backed sustainable babycare brand focused on nappies, wipes and infant care.
He is also Chairman of Hot House Beauty, a brand incubation and growth platform, and Board Adviser to Sarah Chapman Skinesis, the globally recognised luxury skincare business.
Across his roles, Tim combines entrepreneurial thinking with operational discipline, helping brands scale through strong positioning, strategic partnerships, retail expansion and long-term commercial focus.
